Users who do not wish to disclose their personal details can still browse the website and view the menus of all takeaways/restaurants. These users, however, will not be able to place an order without giving register details.
For every order nocook.co.uk gives the customer the choice to pay online via a credit or debit card (provided that the chosen takeaways/restaurants accepts this method of payment). In order to pay online each customer needs to choose the card type and following our card secure system to identify the card information.
For these card transactions nocook.co.uk uses the services of a secure third-party merchant. No member of nocook.co.uk staff has any access to a customer credit\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s card details. And no financial information of any kind is forwarded to the takeaways/restaurant. nocook.co.uk does not store any financial details on its database. These policies ensure that customers can order in complete confidence of the security of their financial details.
nocook.co.uk does not provide the personal details to any third parties. only shares the information provided by the customers to the takeaways/restaurant of their choice as explained above.
nocook.co.uk can change its Policy at any time and without notice. It is responsibility of each customer to check periodically for any amendments.
nocook.co.uk is an online intermediary between takeaway/restaurants and customers. As such nocook.co.uk is not liable to the customers if orders have been processed incorrectly or not within the specified time frame.
Occasionally there may be an issue with a takeaways/restaurant for which a customer may wish to request a full refund. This refund is at the discretion of the takeaways/restaurants owner and the customer must first contact the takeaways/restaurants on the telephone number provided in the "confirmation email". If the owner agrees to the refund please send an email to nocook.co.uk and we will refund your money as requested by the takeaways/restaurants owner. If a customer is dissatisfied with the response given by the takeaways/restaurants owner then please email us and we will investigate on your behalf.
nocook.co.uk partner takeaways/restaurants has direct control to change prices to displayed on the web up to date, and nocook.co.uk is no responsibility for any price changing.
Should an item be unavailable, customers will be contacted by the takeaways/restaurants to discuss their preferences of eventually replacing the unavailable dish. If the customer is paying cash on delivery, he/she may amend the order and agree on a new total value to pay upon receipt. If the customer has paid online, he/she will not be refunded for the unavailable item. In such cases the customer will only have the choice of an alternative item of approximately the same value and quality.
Cancellations are generally not accepted after an order has been placed. Customers are welcome to email nocook.co.uk and we will do our best to arrange a cancellation with the takeaways/restaurants. However, nocook.co.uk cannot provide any guarantees as the takeaways/restaurants may have already started with the cooking processes.
One exception to the general cancellation policy is for orders placed in advance. If a customer places an order in advance, or for a later time on the same evening, he/she will be granted a cancellation provided that Fortakeaway.co has been notified of this well in advance.
